She is not.
The barrier stopper her from coming onto the kart track during night practice. As it should.
She went under the net at the end. Broke 8 inch pipe and moved it back about 10 feet. Not a restraint system worked on the drag strip side.
We found out about the sale later.
Owner owes the kart track repair of the barrier, per the injunction.

The pulley system that had the catch net tied to the tractor tires failed as it was too high to catch a car. She went under it or as it happened, it went over the car.
The sand pit was not tilled up and soft. Was hard and packed. Was just a dirt road. Should have been gravel and deep as an F1 gravel trap.
Tire tracks in the sand pit show no sign of locked wheels as did the strip itself.
Even with ABS when going from asphalt to sand, even packed sand, you should see signs of a momentarily lock up.
The tires stacked at the very end of the track were " ineffective " at the rate of speed at impact.
No video, Sheriff has lots of pictures.
Sheriff dept. is still waiting on report from the hospital to see if see was drunk or had a "senior" moment. 73 years old. Estimated speed at impact was 90 mph.
2018 Lexus, restraint systems went off and the belt worked. As the car hit the Go Kart barrier the right front dug into the dirt and the car flipped over the 20 foot gap and landed on the internal fence of the Kart track.
