What happened at North Star (Denton) last night

Came out to the Kart track this AM and someone came thru the net at the end of the track and hit the barrier on our side of the fence. I was told it was an old lady in a Lexas and it rolled. Any of you guys know the story?

And yes we are racing today, in the rain

Come on all you DFW Mustangs detectives, this was a big crash.

Took out some of the Armco on our side of the fence. Would like to know if this lady is still alive.

Yes, we had an unexpected incident causing damage to the top end last night, but the crew is hard at work today to get the repairs done for Test & Tune tomorrow. At this point we are confident we will be and are planning to be OPEN!

Found out Saturday that this lady never let up going into the crash barrier on the Go Kart side.

I understand that the drag strip owner is now bailing on ownership. He's selling out. 4.5 mill would buy the place is what I heard.

Don't blame the kart track, owner is taking the money and running.
