Buying a used CTS-V

I'm thinking of buying a used CTS-V with a supercharger. Would there be any downsides to buying one in the 60-70k mile range? Can they handle the boost for that many miles? I'm looking at 2009-2012 some examples...

2011 $37,000, 34k miles
2011 $30,000, 77k miles
2012 $35,000, 53k miles

Anything I should be aware of with these cars?

Those prices are on the high side.
Blower bearings like to take a shit, and there's a recall for that.

There's a white one in Houston with the Recaro option and ~80k miles for 20k. Shoot me a message if you want his info.
