honey baked ham, spiral ham, etc is nasty. I'm with you on that.

There is this church in Irving, that buys truckloads of smoked hams, then smoke them again. Best ham I've ever had, and vastly different from honey baked, or spiral hams. Shit is seriously tasty. I buy an extra ham to slice, and put in the freezer for sammiches throughout the year.

Only way I eat turkey is fried. Baked is too damn dry.

The only time I have ever tried deep fried turkey it was horribly overmarinated and impregnated with a pungent rosemary flavor. Ruined me forever! Save me a slice on Wednesday and we'll see if it can be redeemed. (with cranberry!)
