Turkey or Ham that tickles your fancy???

Just sum all the different cooking types into the fried turkey choice and the honey baked ham. So its either ham cooked anyway or turkey cooked anyway.

And yes I know, I forgot to pick a choice of both!

Mary's Free Range turkey from Central Market. I'll start it 3-4 a.m. on the smoker.
It is the best I've ever found!

In my next cooking lesson, I'll teach how to keep the papers dry when smoking turkeys.

Why don't we eat goose? You hear about it in old stories, but I have never met anyone who has eaten a goose for the holidays much less any other time. I keep seeing these Canadian geese around thinking that's big bird I could be eatin.
