Another plate I.d. Please

The guy had stolen 4 different air pump machines that my friends neighbor owns and operates at local businesses around Lake Texoma. Believe it to be a company truck.

Try to locate the guy, he was caught in video the during 1 of the first 2 thefts but no clear plate number, during the last 2 they got a clean enough visual for the plate number. He evaded the cops a couple days ago from what I understand, just trying to figure out who the guy is or if it's a company owned vehicle, etc
