Shocking that there even was a plate, the norm nowadays would one of the fake paper tags seen everywhere that any jackass with a printer can turn out.

every time i see a paper tag, i assume a black person is driving. i havent been wrong yet.

Just an observation, not racist. It’s a virtual given that most paper tagged “used” vehicles are uninsured, and the driver will run if at all possible in an accident.

*****Edit***** I wonder how the NTTA feels about them, LOL. Fake paper tags would seem to be an excellent way of driving the toll lanes gratis, provided that every so often the driver changes a few numbers around in their files.
