Im selling my house in Benbrook and I had a foundation company come out and fix the foundation. One of the water lines broke on top of the water heater and they repaired it. I had another company out to the house and said it wasn't done right but failed to mention what was wrong. I just want to see if there's a licensed plumber that I can text the picture to and tell me if there's an issue.

Heres the culprit. The water heater was installed before I bought the house so other than the shitty solder/sweat job Im wondering if anything needs to be changed? Only thing that stand out to me is the copper to pvc connections, the pvc to steel pipe union and the fact that I dont think they shouldve used pvc on the cold water side. I think your supposed to use cpvc on any connection at the water heater.
