People are cheap this time off year.
Ive also noticed the keyboard warriors will lowball the piss out of you these days. Always been bad, but much worse these days.
craigs and the facebook groups are my go to's right now. I haven't tried the offer up or 5 mile stuff.

Craigs and Facebook for me too. My wife tried 5 miles for probably 6 months and while she was able to sell some stuff, the traffic volume just wasn't there.
