On the topic of the sales guy....he's probably a newbie and just trying to drum up some business. Can't hold it against him that he's trying to feed his family. I actually kind of like his enthusiasm....maybe I should offer him a job?? I do disagree with the repeated contact after the request to be removed. Whether it's because you are doing business with me or whatever, when a customer tells you to knock it off, you knock it off. Just let Josh or Terry know and I'm sure they will get you off the list with a quickness. Tell them I said hi when you talk to them.
