      That is impossible. California banned almost every evil gun that makes people kill and carry permits are almost impossible to get. Also transporting a loaded gun there is very illegal. And it happened at a school which is a gun free zone. By my calculations that adds up to about a .5% chance of any kind of mass shooting taking place in that state.
      I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.
