I was working in Preston Hollow and saw a bunch of leftovers from an estate sale being put on the street including an AVR30. I want a stero for my shop so I stopped and grabbed it. As I was getting back into my truck I spotted a coat that I thought was too nice to go into the trash so I grabbed it to throw into a clothing donation box. 30 minutes later I was about to throw the coat into the donation box and I checked the pockets before I did and found 6 early 80s dated Krugerrands in a pocket. Needless to say I feel pretty happy.

I used to work in Preston Hollow and picked up a stand up 15 gal air compressor I saw on someone's curb one night. Figured it was going to be an easy fix since it looked to be in good condition. Turned it on and heard a hiss. With a quarter turn I hand tightened the quick connect plug and no more hiss. Wiped down the film of dust she had to reveal it was in mint condition and still is.Comment
