Well, they are going to attempt to obviate any negative connotations by painting them as superheroes. However, I think it's a bad call by Marvel and Stan Lee to produce a movie like that in our current social climate. Just saw a gradeschool friend of mine a few weeks ago. He's always been dull, but holy fuck is he miserable now. We were in his car and he was listening to NPR. I asked if there are any good rock stations available. His kids were in the back seat and snickered and he said, "I don't listen to music anymore. Just NPR." And yes, he too is a miserable turd who bitches about everything under the sun.
