Why not standing with a pistol in his hand and that gun on the floor already? Of all the weapons present why are you sure that's the one he was firing last?

I know it's a tough argument to hold on to, but what is the likelihood?

How likely is it that he would have been standing next to a rifle setup for ready when 99% of people with go pro's as surveillance and a premeditated plan would sit down and get comfortable to finish a scenario that has played out many times over?

Gun has blood on it because it was closer to him until entry team member kicked or moved it away? I say thay because of the drips leading to/from it. Just a hunch but seems more plausible than the narrative you're presenting.

I was but not anymore. Keep in mind unless it was plainly obvious that he was dead the swat team probably shot him as well. I wouldn't think it odd to kick the gun away from him. Especially if he's still gurgling and twitching. Which may be a better explanation than my one below.

Nothing in those pics jump out to me as out of the ordinary. It may have shot himself through the upper back part of the throat which would cause his left eye to pop out some and fill the mouth with blood. Maybe he was sitting on the floor, shot himself, causing him to go backwards along with gripping it so hard that his hands esentially pushed it as the nerves locked up.

Also I just read that 12 of the rifles had bump stocks on them, which makes the sustained fire even more reasonable as he wouldn't even need to reload, just grab a new one and keep going
