I have a friend who lives in Ft Meyer Fla. She has vacant lots all around her house due to burrowing owls ( Protected species) Per state law, until the owls leave, no building is allowed on the lot.

Man, in my neighborhood, it's doves. I just had a patio cover built, and the motherfuckers won't stop nesting in the eaves of it. I've tried the plastic owls, I've tried shoving shit up in the cracks to give them less space to nest, but they won't fucking go away.
