According to the complaint filed in Stearns County District Court, on July 17 investigators with the Waite Park Police Department interviewed a 17-year-old girl who told them she was living with Drum when Drum began arranging sexual encounters between the girl and men for money. The girl told authorities Drum posted advertisements on Backpage.com.
The girl told authorities the sexual encounters occurred at an apartment in St. Cloud that was leased by Woods. She said if she refused to engage, Woods and Drum would hit her, according to the criminal complaint.
