Call a dealership service department and ask. It was a manufacturer buy back but it could have been for several reasons. Personally I'm scared of lemon buy backs and I work in auto salvage. Their owners are usually pretty pissed off so they beat the shit out of them.

I traded for this and nothing showed on carfax, sent to the auction and they said that so I pulled it.

Just an FYI if anyone is car shopping, bonham Chrysler Dodge jeep sells alot of lemon law buy backs.

In one instance it showed a buy back on a Chrysler 300c for the rear window shade coming out of alignment 3 times, another challenger showed major electrical gremlins and new ecu and new instrument cluster, another challenger transmission issues

They had a really nice JKU Rubicon I was looking at before buying my Mustang. Lemon buyback of course and it sat on their lot forever and was probably $8k under market value for a normal Rubicon.
