I understand the cheese aspect, but not the beer. I've always found beer to be an excellent laxative the day after of over indulgence. Something like an 12 - 18 pack of Bud Ice or 5th of good whiskey will knock the bottom out, especially if Tacos were involved at any point.
Go eat a couple of big bowls of Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters cereal. Next trip to the toilet and you'll blow that thing up.
