I said it in the other thread and i'll say it again. FUCK the thief.

The way I see it, everyone takes an inherent risk in their job whether it be in the commute to get there or the tasks they perform. This was just a potential "job hazard" for a thief and today was just a bad day at work for him. It would be nice if it was treated as an On The Job Injury and there were no consequences for the pregnant woman.

I agree. I think she would get no billed in Texas. Defense should put together a two hour video of police hitting people with their car. Thief shold be charged with running over himself since it happened during the commission of a crime.
