is cat5 cable worth anything ?

I've ended up with some construction left overs from a property I bought. There is about 600 feet of cat 5 cable. Worth anything? Or trash.
Also if anyone needs any of the steel tracks for drop down ceilings, I've got 6 full boxes of that stuff.

Yeah hang on to the CAT-5. Especially if you have a crimping tool and can make your own cable.

It's worth about $50 retail. Cat5E and Cat6 are current standards and are worth more.
