Shiloh on the lake? Cedar Creek Lake golf carts

hey there, i have some friends from Houston going up there for a family reunion. His pops has bad knees and is looking to rent a golf cart, but all of the available ones there at the lake are spoken for. any eastsiders have any info on where he might be able to rent one for a weekend? gracias!
