  • I might get my own reality show on Discovery/History channel.

Iv been making YouTube videos for the past year and so far Iv got 9500 subscribers and 1.1million views. I mainly make diesel, heavy equipment repair videos. This last week Iv had two separate TV productions companies contact me about being on a show. One is as a presentor or for a heavy equipment competition show, and the other is for a reality show where another youtuber and I restore and customize heavy equipment. I spoke with the production company that wants to do the reality show today and their sending me some paper work this week. I should hear back from the competition show next week. Only problem is that I have to pick one or the other because both of them want me to sign a non-compete with tv shows(but I can still make YouTube videos).
Not sure if it'll ever amount to anything but it's pretty exciting none the less.

I loved that Big Fix Alaska show on National Geographic. Make sure to cuss a lot or no one will believe it's real.

That's bad ass man. Seems like an easy choice. Presenter gig would be cake with better long term.

I will tune and watch. And if you need a really big strong kid to boss around, I can let you have my son cheap. He's a big strong mechanic version of Chumley, perfect for reality TV.

It would definitely be a lot easier but it seems like competition shows like that don't last.

If they sought you out, tell them you'll do it but you won't sign the no compete? Might need to seek the help of a professional rather than us though.

Pretty sure I heard this exact phrase when I was getting my car aligned.

                            That's an awesome opportunity.

My cousin has a production company. Not as big as these guys but he's been in the industry for 15 years. He referred me to his lawyer for any paper work and said for me to go talk to an agent.
