I have a friend trying to buy a preowned escalade from there. He is paying cash for it and a salesman he was dealing with is ignoring his calls once he told him that.

This, I have no problem giving accolades when I'm treated right by sales personnel or giving a thumbs down if not. It's not personal, it's just business (as Trump used to say on The Apprentice).
That being said I just had my best new car buying experience ever yesterday at David McDavid Honda in Irving. Totally professional at all levels. They will be receiving much well-deserved praise online in the near future.
