theyre still making the drink, they just took the caffeine out. it's still a 12% 23 oz alcoholic beverage that will still get you drunk

Not really new news. They announced they were going to continue making the product minus the caffeine way back when were embroiled in the nationwide backlash of the original product.

Certain Valero's carried the original stuff just up until a couple of weeks ago. They basically ignored the fact that they were all told to remove it from the shelves. And just continued to sell out their stock.
