The guy I know thats addicted to it now uses it twice a day in peak season. Right now he is down to about three times a week. I got sick this year and used it twice a day and even though the fever was bad, I had no cough, and no miserable nights of being clogged up. I have it down where I gulp a little "not swallow", and it cleans out every thing up there. You will know it when it happens by accident but I can not explain it. LOL Its not the cure all but damn it works pretty good. I never had sinus problems till I got into my mid thirties but now I get them every now and again.

Neti Pots don't work for me. There's some serious placebo effect going on with those things. Fuckin neti pots make me feel like I'm drowning.

Yeah, that's what I use...so what about it? Nothing earth shattering or dangerous there unless your kidneys or liver are already f'd up.

My allergies (Sunday nite) were soooooo bad. I took a couple hits of Afrin in each nostril. Cleared up my congestion but made my nose run like a burst pipe during Super Bowl week in DFW.

LMAO. I'm sorry, but that's one of the worst analogies I've ever read. Fail, buddy.

Another long term thing to look into, rather than shots, is buying local honey and taking a spoonful daily. My allergist suggested this to me several years ago.

Yeah, I do that during the peak spring allergies. Works like a charm.
