Anyone one looking to rent a larger size home? My buddy is looking to procure one - he had a deal working but it fell through on the owner's end and it's inconveniencing him.

His preferred area is north of 635, stretching anywhere from Grapevine to Plano. Frisco is fine as well.

Nicer, larger house with no homeowner's association preferred.
