True, I usually do a good job of getting close to even, but this year we had a lot of unique circumstances (school half the year, move across country, wife quit work, capital losses, etc) and ended up getting $3300 back. Of course, I sweep floors at an investment bank, so my income was shit.

I got $5700 back with the proper exemptions, one child and getting fucked on taxes for my bonuses throughout the year. I at least got some of it back.
