  • RIP to my BIL

Man, today was any normal day until i got a call that baby momma was rushing to the hospital.

Her brother who is 38 found out a may 2-3 years ago that he was diabetic. We were in Kansas City MO for thanksgiving, and i even took note that this dude was just pounding pumpkin pie, and ice cream and shit. well we left and no big deal but two or three days later we were all back in dallas and he had an episode while driving where he went into a diabetic coma.

he got to a doctor fast forward maybe 3 years, and in between he has had maybe one or two more episodes.

well this weekend apparently he had been hanging out with some chick all weekend, in fact his last post was a pic from downtown at midnight last night. she told the paramedics that he hadnt been feeling great for the last day or two but he had no problem going out etc.

well apparently about 5pm today they were on there way somewhere ( i dont now where they were but it's important.) He apparently just fainted out of nowhere, she apparently didnt even notice at first that he had fallen out.

as soon as she realized she immediately called 911, and began whatever cpr she knew to try to get him breathing..

however, he went for 18 minutes with no pulse.

he was rushed to Baylor and immediately placed on life support around 6pm this afternoon.

baby momma was finally able to get in and see him and said its no good, that he is gone. his organs are shutting down, no signs of life etc. they are keeping him on life support until the family can all be here, the sister will be here from kansas tomorrow, but unfortunately the parents and other brother cant be here until tomorrow morning.

I know we all give each other hell on here, but remember life is short, so take all this shit in jest. i'm ok, but if you are the praying type and wanna send some thoughts their way it'd be a kind gesture.

    So... who died?

Is it your baby momma daddy?

    Is baby momma your sister?

    Is baby momma your wife?

Man, he doesn't even look over weight or sick. RIP to your B.I.L

And Rodney, you're too white to be trying to talk like a black person from the ghetto.

My condolences Rodney. My uncle Jimmy (Julies father) passed away Sunday around noon. He's been in rapidly declining health since his wife (my fathers sister) passed away last February from cancer. He was diabetic and over the last few years has had numerous setbacks relating to diabetes and poor health. Glad his suffering is over and he can rejoin his wife. Sad for my cousins who have now lost both parents. I'll be back in Dallas Friday for the funeral.

Sorry to hear about your family's loss. My father in law was a diabetic who drank himself to the point his diabetes killed him. On my side of the family it runs in our females and males on my wife's side. It's hard to watch someone who you know is insulin dependent not take car if themselves.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.
