Building a coolant reservoir- where can I find a weld on radiator cap adapter?

Iv got a machine down near Round Rock with a busted coolant tank. The excavator was built over seas and it's damn near impossible to get any parts for it. I'm gonna have a tank made out of stainless but I don't know where to find the weld on radiator cap adapters. Hoping to find one locally so I can get it built today.

Well, the operator claimed that this tank couldn't be patched. I had another employee go over and glue the damn crack like I told the operator to do and low and behold it's temporarily fixed until the new tank arrives.
