    Not sure if this is a repost butt supposedly they found the second Bullitt Mustang from the movie.

                      It's a big damn deal, but I'm already all talked out about it from the vintage mustang forum, lol.

                      It's cool, but kind of dubious because so much of the original car has been replaced. (floor, roof, doors, hood, fenders, trunk lid, quarter panels and more)

                        Is it really difficult to fake a vin plate. Given years to try and study and build its not impossible to make a forgery

                              Exactly. The Bullitt is at least one step better than the axe though. It retains the parts with the right numbers, so there you have it.
