The short story is that I was high bidder on a Mark VIII fan on eBay.
Seller recieved the money order, then proceeded to make multiple excuses about wrong postage, it being returned to him and other BS. Three different times he has claimed it was shipped and would produce the tracking number. Every time no tracking number sent and the claim that it was returned. He offered a refund, but I was clear I wanted the fan.
It is my belief that he never intended to send it.
I have gone through the complaint process with eBay, but evidently the seller has lied and said I never paid. We'll see how that ultimately works out. In looking at his recent feedback, it appears he's pulling similar stunts on other buyers.
The reason I am posting this is because he is in Duncan, OK. He's close enough that he may try to sell crap here.

Based on info sent to me while I still believed he would send my fan, he is somehow associated with Blue Frog Auto.
