Its the most desirable year, lucky enough to have cloth seats so no destroyed leather, so really the main thing against it is needing a clay bar and polish and a dash pad.

My sister in laws Acura had a recall for the transmission. It was definitely in that year range.

Honda autos were terrible until 2005. 2006 is when Honda really got back on track.

For $5k I'd look for a higher mileage 06-07 Accord V6. Great interior, dead reliable powertrain, comfortable. Just make sure it's had the timing belt replaced.
