Everyone has an idea, I'm just curious as to what it would be and why, everyone's situation is different. I'm tossing around the idea of rolling without a car payment for a while. I enjoy driving the Mustang, but I drive it to work and back 90% of the time now. Hardly worth the cost associated with it.

I buy something new to me in the 3-5k range every few months and have a nice older diesel 4x4 I leave at home and use for weekends/ when I need to pull trailers.
I've had great luck with: Mid 00s Silverados, Tahoes,Yukons, Civics, Rangers... Most are higher mileage with a few quirks but good DDs. They are all pretty boring though.
Speaking of that I've got an 04 Yukon 4x4 for sale.

I appreciate it, but I don't think an SUV suits what I need right now. The wife has one, and we have no use for another one.
Hell, even a 2-seater would work, never really considered that. I'm about to turn 45, is it time for a Corvette? Now that I think about it, I've only had someone in the backseat of my car twice since I've owned it and we have no kids or pets. $5k budget

I would pick up a 2000 Silverado RCSB. Or that body style. I didn't like the change to the "angry" headlights. I hastily bought a '13 civic for fuel mileage when my s-10 broke down and have regretted it almost ever since. The payment sucks, and an economy coupe is not very useful in my profession.Originally posted by LeahBest balls I've had in my mouth in a while.
