As much as I would like to see bad guys being killed this doesn't make me happy. This tactic is widely practiced south of the border by men that we trained and more often then not it is used against innocent civilians.

New Yorker's from NYC are all criminals whom I do not like or trust plus I have never meet a New Yorker from NYC who has had their family members murdered by their government. In my teens I meet hundreds of Guatemalans whos family members were murdered by their own government and the favored tactic used against them by their government to murder them was by firing on them in an indiscriminate manner from a helo. My brother meet the same people but it had an even greater impact on him and it has been the guiding force behind his career path and research. He spends about 1/3 of the year, every year in Central America documenting the atrocities committed by soldiers that were trained by us at the School of the Americas in Columbus, Georgia. My personal experience is what makes me distrustful of using the tactic of firing on a target, in the dark, from a helo, in the middle of a town, when the targets are your own citizens who are not in uniform. How would you feel if the police started doing that to people who were accused of a crime here is the USA instead of arresting them?

Where the cartels end, and the mexican government begins, is a hazy line.

Maybe they just use them for a while, then when they're done with them or things get inconvenient or when they want to look like they're cracking down on cartels, then what you see in the video is their fate.
