  • Where does one rent a truck for the CDL?

I have a friend who just passed his tests and trying to find where to rent a truck to take his CDL. I recall some place south on 35 towards Waxahachie I think, but I don't know the name of it. Other options?

I see trucks over by the DMV on 820/hwy 10 that say "rent this truck for your CDL" on the trailers all the time. Unfortunately I've only seen a telephone number and not a company name.

What I meant to say.... Is he wanting to go to a company or owner operator. Also with renting a truck, make sure it's a 9 speed and not an auto. If you test in an auto you will have a auto only restriction on your cdl.
