          You can enlist in the Army at 42 now but that'll change as soon as they meet recruiting goals. I hope you are in pretty good shape though because it's tough to keep up with 18 year olds.

              Wow, I thought the AF had the oldest enlistment age at 39.

                It varies depending on recruitment and retention goals. That and there are lots of waivers to go around if you have special skills like translating Farsi.
