    Police in Texas have arrested a 27-year-old middle school teacher who allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student and then paid him $28,000 when he threatened to report her to authorities, PEOPLE confirms. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE state Thao “Sandy” Doan was arrested on Friday — 10 days after the boy’s mother allegedly called school officials to report an alleged series of sexually-suggestive text messages she found on her son’s phone. Police allege the boy’s mother tracked the source of the text messages to Doan, who taught her son math at Raul Quintanilla Senior Middle School in West Oak Cliff.

        So I'm just wondering why the police said the juvenile likely won't face any charges for EXTORTING this woman to the tune of 28 grand? Last time I checked that is a fucking felony.

          Actually I was wondering why the student would not face criminal charges also. Maybe they are thinking that will cover his "mental anguish" over all the "trauma" she inflicted on him....lol.

            In my book, she's cute as hell and not fucking guilty. If I had a kid, and she was doing him, I'd congratulate both and keep my fucking mouth shut, after I beat his ass for even thinking about ruining a good thing by trying to extort money from her.

              From the way I read it, keeping in mind it was horribly written, it seems as though SHE offered the cash instead of him demanding it. If that is the case, it was a bribe, not extortion. Fine line, but the difference is there.
