                Go natural way and take 2 pills of garlic and i pill of vitamin c. I will help with blood pressure and also may your junk harder and fuller. My freind does this and has also lost weight. It raises your testosterone according to him. He also said you can skip a day in between to make the pills last.                     LOL, no. That was the 4-5 hour sessions. I haven't worn it on the shorter stints. We now keep it around an hour and are both exhausted and satisfied. lol

                      Yeah the whole calorie counting and workout thing is new to me and I have much to learn. I am only going off what some little electronic device said I did. I dunno whats what and have hired a personal trainer to help me reach my weight and size goals. All I know is since I have been with her and not exercising yet only stopping drinking soda as well as our bedroom activities (diet hasn't changed much except multiple smaller meals) I have lost 46lbs and am 4 notches smaller on my belt.
                      I am no guru and have so much to learn but I had first hand experience to apply to his thread using the Cialis and Viagra and am telling you me results and what its done for me.
