Headed to DC and NYC

Well I'm going to the inauguration and driving up to NYC and staying the night there the next day. I've never been to an inauguration before so it should be interesting, especially with who is being sworn in. The night before we're having a military ball and I get to be in dress blues.

Have fun but don't even think about driving/parking in either city! They both have very good mass transit systems you can catch on the outskirts.

Would definitely take the train to DC and use Metro.

Went to W.'s first inauguration. It was pretty cool to see, and there is a lot to do in DC. You'll have fun.

I found a hotel in NYC at the Hotel Pennsylvania and as far as the one in DC, I have no idea. The group sending us down there is covering it so I don't have to worry about it. It's right by the White House so...I have no idea.

I haven't been to DC since I got kicked out of the White House 3 times the last trip and I yelled at Obama to go fuck himself.

Okay, update:

Got a call last night asking me if I wanted to go to the inaugural ball or the military one. I chose the military one. Trump is going to show up there so no loss there. I also have been invited to the inaugural lunch, inauguration in the VIP section and so other stuff I'm not sure of.

Friend and I are debating on wearing our wives ball gowns to see if we can get Trump to grab us just for the picture.
