I went with this provider since they offered long term contracts (two years in my case), the same rate per kWh across all usage levels (with no minimum), and no base customer charge. I use grouprateelectric its $180 every 6 months and its the same as energy ogre, ill probably switch to them pnce my 6 months is up but im on a 3 month contract at .1 kw, cut my bill nore than half
