Ive yet to do any meaningful driving in a new version of my truck, so I cant give a good review, but I have been really happy with my 03. The dash looks like the grand canyon, the windows work when they want, and the heat/ac is a bit lacking in it. The turning radius is outstanding, especially for a lifted 4x4. That's been one of the better things to me about it, pulling into and out of parking spaces sucks in a lot of trucks. It's also nice when backing up a trailer. I went around the block in an 11 ( i think) that just didnt have the pep to it that my truck does, but mine's been turned up and Im very accustomed to it. I'd like to give one a good thorough test drive, as well as the new fords.

Wait for a redesign, the current RAM is ancient compared to the rest of the competition. It's been out for over 8 years.

Leg, head, and butt room is fine. The b-pillar just slants inward way too sharply, so my outside shoulder is jammed up against it. I don't have that problem at all in my F250. Honestly, I fit much more comfortably (shoulder-wise) in my wife's 2003 4Runner and my '04 Explorer.

I've driven the new ford diesels and will agree that they are still a lot nicer trucks. The power delivery is a lot smoother and seems to have more power especially down low. The biggest annoyance I have with the dodge is the damn transmission shift strategy. It just shifts really weird and the converter seems to lock up at random times. The body of the dodge is really nice as is the ergonomics of the controls. I still prefer the ford personally, but in the half tons I dono I am almost leaning dodge with the hemi and 8 speed combo. The power delivery of the hemi along with the v8 growl is something ford just doesn't offer. The 5.0 is ok but is really lacking in the low end power dept.

I bet it was hard to get dates growing up. Show up to the parents house and get greeted with a "shit nigga, you at least 30".

Just get yourself an obs Ford 7.3 Powerstroke , 94.5-97, and you will be fine. No depreciation either.

                    This....

I don't tow 10k every day but I do fairly often and didn't want a 60k truck at all. So I picked up a grandpa fresh 07 Duramax with some miles. Fits my needs perfect and I have another much smaller truck to daily in town.

While I wouldn't call the OBS trucks cheap anymore, cheap is the 03-07 6.0, they do hold value well. I've seen several super clean 4x4 Crew Cabs in the $10,000-$24,000 range. Below 200,000 miles with clean body and original paint will be $15,000+. Keep it clean and it won't depreciate at all.

Fellas, KBB has my Tundra valued between $33K-$36K trade in and NADA has it at $36K-$40K trade in. So if I decide to trade it in for a 2500 what should I try to get for my truck? Only thing I added to the truck was color matched TRD Pro Grill and Weather Tech floor liners.

First negotiate the price of the new truck and say you aren't trading. After you set a firm price, introduce the trade. I'd imagine $31,000-$33,000.

They're gonna try and break it off in you, so do the same.

I've spoke with the dealer already on the truck but they ain't budging much at all on the prices. They keep saying that's the lowest they can go, it's their price with every rebate that is available. 3 different dealers in different cities with all the same answers. Only told one dealer about trading in and wanted me to take the truck to them so they could appraise it.
