So you are saying that he is just like every other lawyer that walks the earth?
Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

Duh. You don't make much of a killing being a social justice warrior.

I bumped into Brian a few times, okay guy from what I could tell. He sponsored a triathlon team and got the team aspect of triathlon started in the DFW area. I wouldn't doubt him putting in over a million dollars with all he did for that community.

One of the shay things I heard his firm does, and others, is that they own a loan company to loan people a percentage of what they "might" win in a judgement. Another way to cut the victim a smaller check. Take advantage of someone's situation to screw them out of part of their settlement when its the very client they represent. Apparently this is not all that uncommon of practice.

I'm sure the guy did some snakey stuff. I think in the end he would have given it all back to bring her back to life. I forgive the guy for anything he did because it's obvious he loved her more than anything he owned in this world. RIP to both of them

I met him a few times over the years at various triathlons. I'm saddened by all this and would never wish this on anyone. I don't know how I would cope if I lost either of my kids. And yes money can't buy you happiness. Also a lop of HP/UP people are grade A assholes. Just drive through it often and you see it. They display it in their driving style and the way they treat waiters, etc. The sense of entitlement at the top and bottom of the socioeconomic ladder is staggering. And as a middle class white make I'm expected to pay an unfair share for it all and be happy about it.

I worked a christmas season at the radio shack on lovers just west of the toll way, and man, some of those people have a sense of entitlement that is unprecedented.

Do tell. For some reason I am fascinated on finding new ways to be an asshole.

                          That doesn't sound realistic

Walk into a busy place, wander around aimlessly, then find someone at the front of a line of people that works there and demand they stop ringing up the line of customers to help them pick out a pack of batteries or something normal people can do without effort. Perhaps wait in line, walk away to pick up something off the shelf in another part of the store, then complain you've been waiting in longer than everyone else in line, and demand you get checked out right now!!!!1ONE

Mr Loncar would not have ever acted that way. He may have been a skirt chaser who liked hanging at titty bars and occasionally doing coke but he was not rude and he was very generous with his money.
