This exactly. Dumb shits today don't even know what something costs, just what they owe each month. No wonder new car prices are so ridiculous.

i love asking folks what their tax rate is . deer in the headlights. when i ran my business my tax accounts favorite thing was telling me just how much of a dollar i paid in taxes . real prick but good at taxes. he always said your reward for success is less money .

          With 0% interest, that's $57,600 for 72 months.
Sad, but actually pretty common these days. And yes, if I were buying a vehicle at 0%, I wouldn't put anything down.

A 36 month 0% on a loaded GT Premium through Ford is well over $800 a month, not everyone with a big payment is pissing money away on interest. Mine got tossed out the window driving off the lot as depreciation. [emoji50] Don't ever plan on selling this one though.

As for the down payment, why would want to give them your interest with no gain?

I was rolling in my geo when a guy in a Lexus asked me for gas money. I laughed and said if I had any money, why would I be driving a geo.

The price of cars has gone to retard levels. The amount of a payment is just the natural result of that. I firmly believe that the car companies will go broke again once interest rates come up.
