Ever just have a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day... or couple of weeks?

October has been a real bitch. I had 4 closings this month, 2 of which were in the same week. The last 6 months have been chaotic due to the arrival of our son in June. That all compounded and just about broke me this month. It seems like it happens once a year, usually in the fall. Thankfully I work for a great company and so far have always been able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The time I want to walk out and say fuck it, I look back at the fact that the only experience I have ourside of this job is retail, I make 4 times what I made while working retail, and the probability of leaving and finding something outside of my current industry with similar pay just isn't going to happen.
When I get home at night, sometimes after 14 hour days, seeing the smile on Lance's face is enough to wash it all away.
