    The house i moved into was in foreclosure... didnt know untill the real estate agent told us.

          Nate, you know its the troof though. Home owners that are in the rears get TONS of mail from people trying to either "help" them or buy them out or from lawyers working for the bank.

          Been there and tossed all that shit right into the trash can. lol For the record my experience is from 10 years ago.
