  • Looking for a 1974 to 1977 Corvette

Decided it's time for a toy and want to get into an older 70's model Corvette. Was wondering if anyone knows of a place in the DFW area to find one. I have been looking on cars.com and ebay but would rather find something locally. Any suggestions?
I think his point is that the fish got low balled, fucked in the catfish asshole and you paid half price. The worst part was the fish explaining to his fish friends why his asshole smelled like redneck

Corvette warehouse is where I got my car and they were pretty good about the whole process. Salesman was knowledgable and not too pushy, I would recommend them. I don't have a PH # on me but you could look it up.

Like the body style and the price tag. If I could I would love to have an early 60's model but a little out of reach. Looking to keep it under 15000. Its going to be a weekend to the golf course and back car, thats about it.

Man, those Vette shops always seem kinda high, though. I'd just sit back and work ebay and craigslist for a good local. Times are hard and people are letting go of good stuff.

I saw them too but they had no 70's models listed in inventory so I didn't link it.

Looks like it needs a little work but well under your range:

I don't mind that generation, but I'd want chrome bumpers on the front and back. They can get dead sexy.

Yeah, was looking at that one. Interior need a little TLC and a little concerned about the under body. I guess with it being 34 years old I shouldn't expect perfection.

My dad had a 61 and sold it when I was 17. Got to drive it a few times. Was a great car. He bought a 91 last year. A Cali special. He takes it to town and shows off tho all the Hutterite women. He's balling!

You looking for show quality or a driver?

I wouldn't mind a 70's Vette as a toy as well. I would be happy with a 10 footer - driver, which is what that one appears to be.

For $15K you good easily pick up an clean C5 which would be a MUCH nicer
vehicle overall... not to mention quicker, faster, better engineered and have an LS1.
