anyone here use them? mine is about to expire and I finally made my first claim and now they wont cover the full cost of the repair, is that something normal or am I getting screwed

I rarely buy warranties. In the probabilities game, not good pot odds.
Insurance, and warranties in this case, should be considered when you cannot afford the financial loss, not because you don't want to pay it.class joke
