Just installed it and it seems to be working. Still trying to figure out all the stuff it does.

Well, it's main function is to control the temperature of your house. The lower the number shown, the cooler your house will be. You can turn the dial to adjust it.

Ha. Hell thats the only part I knew how to work. Need to go through all the settings it has and see what I like and don't like. I really like being able to control it from my phone know matter where I'm at. That was the main purpose of getting one. Now if it helps with my electricity bill then that will be a big plus.
