run a plate

I don't know if anyone can help but I would like to know if anyone can run a plate no. I got a NTTA toll bill today and it shows that it is from my past wife that died in 2006. If anyone remembers me it was in 2006 on the forth of
July. What I got was a bill from them with a plate no and I would like to know who it is. the No. is T60-TBL. Thanks again.

So that is how the toll company company works. We sold that car back in 2004 with no motor in it. The toll company has the owners name but goes after the previous owner. Real low life company works just like our government.
