Stranger things have happened! I picked up a 1971 SG pro for my ex-husband for $200 at a Pawn shop, several years back. About 6 months later, I managed to win a mapleglo Rickenbacker 360 on eBay for $675.
Those are two of my proudest guitar finding moments. Lol

Ya, it's all about timing and audience. Even selling some of those on the cheap, he should be able to make out enough to buy a place in Vegas. Vegas has one of the worst markets right now for selling a house and you can pick up many properties for next to nothing.

A 2-3 bedroom house in Vegas would cost more than all that old equipment, I mean I know there are a couple nice guitars, but all that sound shit is outdated and not worth shit in my opinion.
